Fascinated by the weird and disturbing, Mars grew up challenging the barriers of authority through various forms of artistic expression. Characteristically focused on sensitive subject matters, Mars’s work sheds a spotlight on topics from body image issues to animal rights activism.

Raised in a community known for its conservativeness about gender and sexuality, as well as having a history of personal mental health struggles, Mars found refuge in creating art. These events have inspired Mars to utilize visual arts that not only reflect their experiences but also displays their strong will to fight for what they believe is right.
